Game Magnet is published by XCELAUDIT TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“XCELAUDIT”) on the Apple App Store and by MOBIL80 SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“MOBIL80”) on Google Play. The publisher of the copy you downloaded is the party to these terms with you: XCELAUDIT if you use iOS, or MOBIL80 if you use Android. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Game Magnet.

Who can use Game Magnet

Game Magnet is intended for ages 13 and up. You must also meet any higher minimum age or parental-permission requirement where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, involve your parent or guardian as required by local law.

Accounts and tags

You sign in with Google or Apple. Protect your account and only use accounts you are authorized to access. Your display name and user tag may be shown in features you choose to use; do not use sensitive personal information as your tag or impersonate someone else.

Fair use

Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, harass other users, or use hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful names or tags. Do not collect other users’ personal information without permission. Do not submit false, misleading or infringing Spotlight listings. Report abuse or a security problem through Support.

Permission to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use Game Magnet for its intended gameplay and discovery while following these terms. The app, artwork, branding and code remain the property of their respective owners. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized commercial distribution. Rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Game names, artwork and catalog data may belong to their respective owners. Game Magnet does not claim those rights. You retain rights in content you share into the app (such as URLs and text) and grant us a limited license to process that content so we can extract game titles, display results and operate your library.

Developers

Studios/developers can use two products: Free Listing and Spotlight. A Free Listing submits a game for review and does not guarantee a Spotlight slot. Spotlight is home-carousel placement; games in Spotlight are labeled Promoted. There are no other developer listing or targeting products.

Purchases

Core Game Magnet features are currently available without an in-app purchase. If paid products are added later, the product, currency, tax and final price displayed by your store at checkout will govern the transaction; availability can differ by platform and country. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store’s procedures and your legal rights. Deleting a Game Magnet account does not itself refund purchases or cancel any store subscription you may have.

Capture, library and availability

Capture and library sync require a suitable internet connection. Extraction quality depends on the source video or post; we cannot promise that every shared link will identify the correct games. Latency, maintenance, capacity limits and interruptions can affect the service. We may update features, fix errors or change catalog sources. Private captures and library notes should be treated as yours; do not share account access with people you do not trust.

Restrictions and ending use

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, cheating, security risks or legal requirements. You may contact support to question a restriction. You can stop using Game Magnet at any time and follow the account-deletion instructions; that page explains which data is removed and current limitations.

iOS App Store

If you download Game Magnet from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app or these terms, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple’s sole warranty obligation is a refund of the app purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you. XCELAUDIT, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the iOS app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims.

Google Play

If you download Game Magnet from Google Play, Google is not a party to these terms. MOBIL80 is responsible for the Android app, including support, product claims and intellectual property claims relating to that version.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to provide a working, enjoyable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. We do not require you to waive statutory rights to use support. To the extent liability can be limited, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).
